HPS Offshore Services is a Mexican offshore technical services company headquartered in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche. Since 2014, we have delivered specialized survey, geophysical, subsea, and ROV support services to oil & gas operators and contractors in the Gulf of Mexico.
We own and operate our ROV fleet — including the Saab Seaeye Leopard work-class ROV (2,000 m rated) — giving clients direct access to subsea intervention capability without third-party dependency. Our team of 62 professionals integrates survey, geophysics, positioning, and ROV operations under a single ISO-certified management system. We execute every project end to end: we acquire the data, process and interpret it in-house, and deliver the final report — with no stage subcontracted.
Operating from the Bay of Campeche, we serve international operators, EPC contractors, FPSO operators, and subsea construction companies.
