  • Intervention on manifolds, valves and umbilicals.
  • Pipeline surveys: pre-lay, as-laid, as-built and OOS.
  • Structural inspection of platforms; cathodic protection and anodes.
  • Recovery of objects and seabed samples.

Equipment & systems

  • Saab Seaeye Leopard (Seaeye 1702) — electric work-class ROV, 2,000 m.
  • Payload 205 kg · 500 kgf thrust · 11× SM9 thrusters · 3.6 knots.
  • Teledyne BlueView multibeam sonar and HD/UHD 4K cameras with subsea LED lighting.
  • TMS Type 8 for tether management at depth.
  • In-house LARS — deployable from any vessel of opportunity.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a work-class and an observation-class ROV?

An observation ROV is limited to cameras and sensors for visual inspection. A work-class system like the Saab Seaeye Leopard adds 500 kgf of thrust, Schilling Orion 7P and 4R manipulators and hydraulic tooling: it can operate valves, work on anodes, recover objects and support subsea construction down to 2,000 m.

Do we need a special vessel to operate the ROV?

No. We own our LARS and TMS, which install on virtually any vessel of opportunity, and the full spread mobilizes from our base in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche.

What pipeline surveys do you run with the ROV?

Pre-lay, as-laid, as-built and OOS (Out Of Straightness), plus platform structural inspection, cathodic protection and wellhead GVI — with BlueView multibeam sonar and real-time HD/UHD 4K video.

Where do you operate and how fast can you mobilize?

Across the Bay of Campeche and the wider Gulf of Mexico. Because we own the equipment and staff the crews from Ciudad del Carmen, mobilization is immediate — no third parties involved.
