Who We Are

Technical Bridge for Offshore Energy

HPS Offshore Services is a Mexican offshore technical services company headquartered in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche. Since 2014, we have delivered specialized survey, geophysical, subsea, and ROV support services to oil & gas operators and contractors in the Gulf of Mexico.

We own and operate our ROV fleet — including the SAAB Seaeye Leopard work-class ROV (2,000 m rated) — giving clients direct access to subsea intervention capability without third-party dependency. Our 72-person team integrates survey, geophysics, positioning, and ROV operations under a single ISO-certified management system.

Operating from the Bay of Campeche, we serve international operators, EPC contractors, FPSO operators, and subsea construction companies requiring proven technical expertise in the region.

02
ROV Visual Inspection
Level I and II subsea visual inspection: jackets, conductors, anodes, cathodic protection surveys, pipeline inspection, mooring systems, and FPSO UWILD surveys.
03
Geophysical Surveys
Marine geophysics: MBES, side scan sonar, sub-bottom profiler, and marine magnetometer. Seabed characterization, hazard identification, and pipeline route surveys.
04
Subsea Positioning
USBL and LBL acoustic positioning for ROV tracking, subsea installation guidance, pipeline landing, and construction monitoring. Sonardyne and Kongsberg systems.
05
Differential GNSS Services
High-precision L-band PPP correction signals for DP vessels offshore Mexico. Hemisphere GNSS Atlas — dual antenna, ~8–10 cm horizontal accuracy across GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou.
06
Hydrographic Survey
High-resolution seabed mapping and bathymetric modeling. Pre-lay, as-laid, post-lay surveys. Pipeline and cable routes, drill centers, FPSO mooring surveys.
07
Offshore Construction Support
Real-time survey and positioning during installation. OOS surveys, route surveys, touchdown monitoring, and as-built documentation for pipelines, umbilicals, and subsea structures.
